Relationship between Physical Health Status of School Age Children and their Familial Characteristics in Tonekabon, 1996

چکیده: از این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است که به منظور بررسی ارتباط وضعیت سلامت جسمی کودکان دبستانی با مشخصات خانوادگی آنان در شهر تنکابن انجام شده است. در این پژوهش ۴۵۰ کودک کلاس چهارم و پنجم دبستان (۲۲۵ دختر و ۲۲۵ پسر) از طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات عبارت بودند از فرم مراقبتهای بهداشتی و درمانی موجود در دبستانها که توسط مربیان بهداشت مدارس تکمیل می شد و پرسشنامه، شامل دو بخش مشخصات فردی و خانوادگی که توسط والدین تکمیل گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است. در ارتباط با تعیین وضعیت سلامت جسمی نتایج نشان داد که ۷۰ / ۲ درصد واحدهای مورد پژوهش از وضعیت سلامت جسمی طبیعی برخوردار بودند پیرامون تعیین مشخصات فردی واحدهای مورد پژوهش، اکثریت (۴۵ / ۶ %) واحدها در گروه سنی ۱۱-۱۰ سال و فرزندان سوم خانواده های خود بودند. در تعیین مشخصات خانوادگی واحدهای مورد پژوهش، اکثریت (۲۶%) واحدها مربوط به خانواده های ۴ فرزندی که والدین اکثرأ ۴۳-۳۴ سال داشتند بود اکثرا پدران دیپلمه و دارای شغل آزاد و مادرانی با تحصیلات نهضت سواد آموزی و خانه دار داشتند. اکثریت ( ۴۹/۶ %) افراد از نظر میزان کفایت درآمد خانواده در سطح متوسط بودند. .
